Gave an estimate to wash front of house and they looked up my website and seen that I did roof soft washing. They asked what that was all about and I proceeded to say that pressure washing your roof is not good for the material and that soft washing is using a mixed solution to kill mold and mildew without damaging the roof shingles and that the roof would look very nice when finished. Also since they wanted the roof done now as well we could bundle everything into a package that would save money. After agreeing to now wash roof, front of house and driveway I decided to start on roof and work my way down after covering plants and grass to protect them I cleaned roof, pulled plastic off plants and watered them well and washed front of house with a 1% solution to loosed dirt and mold and pressure washed clean. Finally after coating the driveway with our solution our team of pressure washing professionals proceeded to use our surface washer to clean. After surface washing rinsed off driveway with my ball valve and drive, house and roof all look immaculate.
