Customer originally called to ask for a free quote on just pressure cleaning her driveway. While we were there she asked if there is anything she could do to brink back the color of the pavers. I explained to her that sealing pavers the correct way can not only bring back the color of the brick, but will keep weeds out and protect it from future damage. Paver driveways and patios are very popular in South Florida, they add so much more beauty to a home and there are many benefits from having them sealed. Some benefits are enhanced color, weed prevention, UV protection from discoloration, and protection from fluids spilled such as oil or gas. Paver sealing is a tedious process done in steps. You first have to surface clean the brick to remove mold and dirt, then you turbo tip all the paver joints and remove the old sand locking them in. After all that you get to rinse clean and start to wet sand the paver joints, this takes a little time so be patient, finally after you’ve spread all the sand and got the correct depth you get to start laying sealer and watch all the hard work pay off.
