EXTERIOR CLEANING AND DRIVEWAY PRESSURE WASHING IN PORT ST. LUCIE, FL

This job was a recommendation after pressure washing a previous customers exterior home and driveway. Mr. B contacted me for a free estimate Sunday afternoon. We were able to come see him the same day and agreed on a price to pressure wash the exterior of his home. patio, driveway, and clean a set of decorative pavers in the back yard. We first started by pretreating the driveway, a/c pad, decorative pavers, and back patio with a 5% Sodium Hypochlorite mix to kill the mold and loosen up dirt. While all the pretreatment was dwelling I decided to start on the decorative pavers. The pavers had over grown grass which we removed with a shovel and elbow grease. Once grass was removed we started on the exterior of the house. Pulling the pressure washing hose all the to the back corner to start we also pretreat the home with a 1% sodium hypochlorite and surfactant solution. This solution really breaks up the dirt and grime to make the home look refreshed. After the pretreatment we come back with a medium setting pressure to rinse down the house with fresh water and remove any bugs or mold that the solution loosened up. Once after the House has been washed we come back to the decorative pavers and surface clean them with a machine, after the area has been cleaned we come back with low pressure and rinse are clean with fresh water. Our final step is to surface wash the driveway with the washer and rinse off all residue with the low pressure ball valve.
